Our flat forms are produced on state of the art 4-slide machines
Used to clamp, position or retain another object in place
Flat forms can be manufactured from all alloys from soft to high tensile
Wire forms can be manufactured to fit a variety of design needs - even those with tight tolerances
PCS can produce small quantity runs in our short order department and large runs using our 4-slide machines
Alloys used range from carbon alloy steels (1075/1095 spring steel) through 300 series stainless steel
Maximum thickness for flat forms ranges from 0.010" to 0.125" depending on the alloy.
Varying shapes, sizes, and configurations depending on customer specific needs
